Airport
You can fly into Schiphol-Amsterdam airport. This is the main airport in the Netherlands.

At the airport there will student volunteers at the official meeting point in Schiphol Plaza (see picture on this page). They will assist you with your transportation to the conference.

From the airport to the venue
Public transportation
Under Schiphol airport is the train station. Follow the signs in the airport to take you to the train station. You can buy a train ticket (one way) to Leiden Central Station or to Den Haag Central Station.
From Leiden Central Station: Take bus 45 to Den Haag.
From Den Haag Central Station: take bus 45 to Leiden.
This will take you just in front of the hotel.

By taxi
Conference participants can use the special taxi service to the hotel and conference center. The costs are 35 Euro per taxi to the conference center and 40 Euro from the hotel back to Schiphol airport. The organizing committee has sent out an email all registered participants, asking if they would like to use the taxi service. If you are registered for the conference and would like to use this service, please go to the taxi page and fill out the form. The organizing committee will publish and send out a taxi to all participants using this service.

By car
From AMSTERDAM and SCHIPHOL International Airport:
Take the A4 to Den Haag, keep right in the direction of Den Haag-centrum and Wassenaar (=A44). On the A44 turn left at the second set of traffic lights (Voorschoten turn), then turn right at the third set of traffic lights, to Leidschendam. You are now on Veurseweg. Turn right at the third set of traffic lights and you have reached the parking place of our hotel. On your left you will see the hotel rooms, the restaurant and reception are located on your right.

From UTRECHT and ROTTERDAM:
Coming from Utrecht take the A12 and coming from Rotterdam take the A13 to Den Haag. At the Prins-Clausplein intersection, take the A4 to Amsterdam. On the A4, take the Voorschoten exit and turn left at the traffic lights. Follow the Voorschoten/Leidschendam signs. Once you have reached Voorschoten, continue the road for three sets of traffic lights but keep left (right lane is for Leidschendam). After three sets of traffic lights turn right. You are now on the parking place of our hotel. On your left you will see the hotel rooms, the restaurant and reception are located on your right.

From DEN HAAG:
Take the N44 to Wassenaar and Amsterdam. At the Den Deijl junction, turn right in the direction of Voorschoten. Then turn right at the third set of traffic lights to Leidschendam. You are now on Veurseweg. Turn right at the third set of traffic lights and you have reached the parking place of our hotel. On your left you will see the hotel rooms, the restaurant and reception are located on your right.
