Friday: Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The official language during the efsli AGM on Friday is English.

Saturday & Sunday: conference
The conference languages on Saturday and Sunday are Dutch Sign Language, spoken English, Dutch, and German. Speech to text translation is provided from English to Dutch text.

The plenary sessions will be interpreted simultaneously from spoken English into Dutch Sign Language, spoken Dutch, and German. During the discussion groups there will be some interpretation available.

Other languages
Other spoken languages or international sign interpretation is not guaranteed and will only be provided if requests are made before March 1st at registration, and if sufficient funding is available. If international Sign interpretation is provided, it will be on a voluntary basis.

If you need interpretation into another language you are very welcome to bring your own interpreter(s). Please contact the organizing committee for information on the fees for meals and hotel for working interpreters.
